the six bells inn

The Six Bells Inn is a traditional Cotswold Stone pub with a very agreeable atmosphere.

Built over 400 years ago, the pub is a quintessential “British local”. There are log burners (Kiln dried logs naturally) in the bars, and a friendly face or two to greet you as you come in.

There are always at least two carefully chosen real ales on tap, as well as a good selection of premium lagers, ciders, stouts, wines, spirits, fruit juices and soft drinks. We also keep a stock of non-alcoholic beers and lagers.

Although the pub kitchen isn’t open – hungry people can opt for a pizza, a burger or one of the other dishes that are freshly prepared by the chef in the garden. The food served in the garden is freshly cooked in a log fired oven or on a grill.

Only the best fresh ingredients are used and the food on offer is a perfect accompaniment to a drink when sitting in the garden. When Covid-19 restrictions allow you can enjoy meals in the pub too.

Albeit a friendly “local”, the Six Bells welcomes everyone, whether they live close by or have travelled from a long way away. We are always ready to just serve a drink, or to offer a meal to anyone that needs one.

The garden food can be served as a take-away if required.
